What is Bulk Listing?

Bulk listing is a premium feature that lets you create sell listings for multiple assets from your connected wallet in a single operation. Instead of creating listings one by one, you can list your entire collection at once.

Time Saver

A collection of 50 assets that would take 30+ minutes to list manually can be listed in under a minute with bulk listing.

Requirements

  • Premium access - Hold COUNTERTRADR tokens in a connected wallet
  • Connected wallet - At least one verified Bitcoin address
  • Asset ownership - The bot verifies you own the assets before listing

Basic Usage

Default Command

/bulklist

Lists 1 copy of each asset from your primary wallet at USD floor prices

Specify a Collection

/bulklist rare-pepes

Lists only assets from the Rare Pepe collection

Specify a Wallet

/bulklist 1ABC...XYZ

Lists assets from a specific connected wallet

Currency Options

Choose your preferred pricing currency. Prices are converted from USD floor prices at live exchange rates.

/bulklist

Default: USD pricing (2 decimal places)

/bulklist btc

BTC pricing (6 decimal places for display)

/bulklist xcp

XCP pricing (2 decimal places)

Price Adjustment

Adjust all prices relative to the floor with percentage modifiers.

/bulklist +5%

Lists all assets at 5% above floor price

/bulklist -10%

Lists all assets at 10% below floor for quick sales

Quantity Modes

Control how many copies of each asset to list.

/bulklist

Default: Lists 1 copy of each asset

/bulklist ALL

Lists ALL copies of each asset

Keep Reserve

Protect your core holdings by specifying a minimum number of copies to keep.

/bulklist keep:2

Keep at least 2 copies of each asset. Assets with ≤2 copies are skipped entirely.

/bulklist ALL keep:1

List all copies except 1 (keep 1 of each)

Example

You have 5 RAREPEPE and use keep:2. The bot will list 3 copies (5 - 2 = 3). If you only had 2 RAREPEPE, it would skip listing them entirely.

Combined Examples

Combine any options together in any order:

/bulklist rare-pepes btc -5% keep:1

Rare Pepes, BTC pricing, 5% below floor, keep 1 of each

/bulklist ALL xcp +10%

All copies from primary wallet, XCP pricing, 10% above floor

/bulklist sog 1ABC...XYZ btc

The Review Process

  1. Inventory scan - The bot fetches all assets from your selected wallet
  2. Price lookup - Floor prices are fetched from 4 marketplaces (dispensers, DEX, OpenSea, OTC)
  3. Asset categorization - Assets are marked as:
    • ✅ Ready - Good floor data, ready to list
    • ⚠️ Flagged - Floor significantly below last sale (needs review)
    • ❌ No data - No floor price available
  4. Review & remove - Remove individual assets from the preview if needed
  5. Confirm - Create all listings at once with batch tracking

Canceling Bulk Listings

Made a mistake? Cancel your bulk listings easily:

/bulklist cancel

Opens cancel options menu

/bulklist cancel last

Cancel your most recent bulk listing batch

/bulklist cancel all

Cancel all listings created via /bulklist

/bulklist cancel 1ABC...XYZ

Cancel bulk listings from a specific wallet address

Tips for Bulk Listing

  • Start with preview - Always review the preview before confirming
  • Use collections - Filter by collection to list in manageable batches
  • Use keep:1 - Protect your last copy of rare singles
  • Review flagged assets - Don't blindly list assets with anomalous floor prices
  • Match your buyers - Use BTC or XCP if your target buyers prefer those currencies
  • Enable notifications - Get alerts when your bulk listings get activity

Limitations

Good to Know

  • Single wallet per run - Each bulk list operates on one wallet at a time
  • No floor price - Assets without floor data will show as "no data"
  • Flagged assets - Assets where floor is significantly below last sale require manual review
  • Currency currencies - Collection currency tokens (PEPECASH, BITCRYSTALS, etc.) are excluded from valuation
