What You Get

Valuation Summary

Every appraisal includes three valuation methods:

  • Floor Value — Sum of current floor prices for all assets. The minimum the portfolio could be worth if every asset sold at floor.
  • Last Sale Value — Sum of most recent sale prices. Reflects what the market has actually paid.
  • Mark-to-Market (MTM) — Last sale value adjusted by collection-level price velocity. If a collection's prices are trending down, the MTM value applies a proportional haircut. Trending up? No adjustment — the last sale price stands.

Collection Breakdown

Your portfolio is broken down by collection, showing floor value, last sale value, MTM value, and the price velocity trend for each. This tells you which parts of your collection are holding value and which are softening.

Liquidity Tiers

Each asset is classified by how liquid it is:

Tier Meaning Valuation Confidence
Liquid Recent sales, active market High
Semi-Liquid Some sales history, moderate activity Medium
Illiquid Rare or no sales, stale pricing Low

CSV Export

Tap the Export CSV button to download a spreadsheet with 10 columns:

Asset | Qty | Floor | Last Sale | MTM | Collection | Velocity | Liquidity Tier | % of Portfolio | Notes

The CSV downloads as a file directly in Telegram — no external links or accounts needed.

Use Cases

Insurance & Coverage

Need to know what your collection is worth for insurance purposes? Run /appraise all and export the CSV. The mark-to-market value gives a defensible, methodology-backed number.

Tax Reporting

Export the CSV at year-end. Hand it to your accountant with the methodology notes. All three valuation methods are included so you can pick the most appropriate one for your jurisdiction.

Collection Strategy

See which collections are trending up and which are softening. The velocity column shows weekly price momentum — use it to decide where to concentrate or rebalance.

Due Diligence

Before making an offer on someone's collection, appraise their address. You'll see exactly what they hold, what it's worth, and whether prices are trending in your favor.

Methodology

The mark-to-market calculation works at the collection level:

MTM = Last Sale Value × (1 + min(0, velocity_30d / 100))

// Positive velocity: no adjustment (prices rising)

// Negative velocity: proportional haircut

// Cap: -50% maximum haircut

Velocity is the average weekly percentage change in the collection's median last sale price over 30 days. It's computed from real on-chain sales data.

Tips

  • Use /appraise all to get a complete picture across multiple wallets
  • Export CSV periodically to track your portfolio value over time
  • The MTM value is your best estimate of "what would I actually get if I sold today"
  • Illiquid assets have unreliable pricing — take those valuations with a grain of salt
